Greetings. I
am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. The
situation on the Earth is changing very rapidly in the past week, and
I feel that there are several important themes that I want to cover
with you. The first theme has to do with the current war
that is occurring, and then I will discuss some theoretical concepts
about consciousness, and then we will conclude our time together in a
special healing exercise with Helio-ah on the future Self and how to
work with your future Self. Each one of these themes is
relevant to the current situation.
Let me look at the history
of the Lyrans, so that you could better understand what is occurring
now on this planet drama regarding wars and destructions and
genocides. As they say in some of the novels and science
fiction stories, “a long, long time ago,” there existed in this
galaxy, other civilizations that were dominated by a group of rather
aggressive and assertive beings called the Lyrans. And we
are looking at a period approximately 500 to 600 million years
ago. Now, these Lyrans were Homo sapiens and
they are your ancestors. You have DNA links to the
Lyrans.
There were major
intergalactic wars in the Lyran Empire, very similar to what you
might see in your science fiction movies, Star Wars. And
in these conflicts, entire planets were destroyed; races were
destroyed. It is interesting that there were people who
were able to escape. There were people, perhaps like
yourself, who were starseeds, who reached the conclusion that there
was an inevitable destructive outcome to these wars, and they decided
to leave their Lyran planet, and many of them migrated and eventually
found homes in the Pleiadian star system. The memories and
the traumas of the Lyrans and the DNA are encoded
intergalactically.
Now your collective
consciousness has layers, and those layers include a galactic
layer. The majority, perhaps 95 percent or more people,
never explore the galactic layer of the consciousness or
subconsciousness, but you, the starseeds, are
awakening. You have memories of this Lyran planetary
destruction. You have even traumatic reactions from that
destruction, and those deeper traumatic sufferings are being
triggered now by what you are seeing on the Earth now. Of
course, we do not take any political side. I just want to
point out that both sides have a strong element of destruction, that
there is a strong desire to destroy the other side, a strong desire
to commit genocide when possible. This tendency is
contained in the human DNA structure. These DNA memories
are within your systems.
Many years ago there were
two groups living side by side: the Neanderthal and the Homo sapiens. They
were earlier versions of Homo sapiens. They
were very similar to you, and there was an ongoing war between these
two groups. Of course, there were major
similarities. The Homo sapiens species
won the war and eradicated all of the Neanderthal. This is
an ancient example of the drive for eradication, the drive for
genocide, the drive for violence against other
groups. This drive is embedded in the genetic structure
of Homo sapiens. It originates from the
ancient Lyrans and was manifested with the Neanderthal and the
early Homo sapiens. It is now a contributing
factor to the very dangerous planetary drama that you are now
witnessing. You are seeing both sides embrace actions that
could lead to the vast destruction of many parts of this planetary
system. Each side hopes to totally eradicate the other
side.
Now this brings me to the
important concept of Homo omega, which I have been promoting with the Group of Forty
for many years. I want to just review some basic facts
that we hold about Homo omega in
general. The first conclusion is that Homo sapiens is
not the last in line of this species of the Homo series. The
earlier series of Homo sapiensincluded Homo
erectus, for example, and then there was the Peking Man, and
there was Neanderthal. Many of you have grown up believing
that the Homo sapiens is the final and perfected
species in this series. But it is not
true. There are flaws in the genetic structure of Homo
sapiens, including genetic DNA that have been carried for
millennia, and are now part of you and part of humanity on this
planet. You are seeing the acting out of this flaw in
aggression and wars.
Our solution is based on a
simple conclusion: Homo sapiens is not going to be able to solve these current
global problems. I wish I could say that is not the case
to you, because there are so many good, highly spiritually evolved
members in your species, who have been working diligently to promote
a new harmony and new balance that hopefully would neutralize this
negative energy you now are seeing. There are still
techniques and interventions for neutralization that we are going to
promote and work on with you.
There exists a combative
and aggressive DNA memory that has been inherited. The
real shift away from this combative energy will come in the spiritual
evolutionary leap from Homo sapiens to Homo omega. Homo
omega is not going to carry on these destructive DNA
aggressive tendencies. Homo omega is an
advanced being of light that is working for unification and will
transcend the global conflicts and polarizations and hatreds and
aggressiveness that you are now seeing.
How can you affect change
now? And the answer is that you do two
things. The first is that you can work in meditations to
neutralize the energies that are the destructive forces that have
emerged, but that have been deeply buried. Second, you can
use the planetary aura healing methodologies that we are emphasizing.
Now I am referring in this
part of the lecture to holes in the Earth's aura and rifts in the
Earth's energy field that need to be sealed. We cannot
neglect the damage that has been done to the Earth's energy field
over the past sixty years, since approximately 1948. We
cannot overlook the damage that has been done to the Earth's energy
field from the numerous aboveground, and even belowground, nuclear
testing. We cannot overlook the damage that has been done
to the space-time continuum, some of which was described in a film
called "The Philadelphia Experiment", where a space-time
rift was purposely opened for military purposes.
These holes and these
rifts have allowed lower fourth-dimensional beings to crossover and
influence the negative acting out that appears and are manifested in
these current wars. There are more wars going on than just
the one you are seeing between the two powers, but I am speaking of
the one that we are now seeing between the United States and
Iran.
When there is a weakening
of the aura and a weakening of the rift, perhaps we can also call it
the veil, lower fourth-dimensional beings can break through the veil,
and they can cohabitate and seek to attach themselves parasitically
to world leaders and others in positions of power, to force them to
act out in negative ways that they would not normally do.
Now, it is peculiar in
this current situation, because religious martyrs who, when they do
die, and they may gladly die, go to the Fourth Dimension and are
ready to continue the battle through the Fourth Dimension, and they are
very willing and able to come through the rifts and cause further
acting out. This means that part of the global solution is
the sealing of the rifts. Part of the solution is the
sealing of the curtain between the Fourth and Third Dimensions, and
the strengthening of the Earth’s aura.
I have also mentioned in
earlier lectures the attachments of the Greys, which is another
contributing factor to the chaos on the planet. The Greys
are sitting back waiting. When the planet is destroyed or
lost, then they will gladly walk in and take it
over. Therefore, any actions that are furthering the
self-destruction of the planet are encouraged and welcomed by the
Greys and by some of the other Reptilian energies. The
current Earth situation now is presenting a very complicated picture
to you. I want you to understand it, so that when we do
planetary healing meditations, you will have a basis of understanding
of the problems facing Gaia.
Finally, I mentioned the
Noosphere again, and it is hard to describe the power of the
Noosphere. The Noosphere is invisible to the human
eye. You cannot see it with your eyes. Now
there are some people who may have special vision. When
these special people do the holographic healing exercises, they could
see some of the holes and the aura. They can see the work
that needs to be done.
The key point is that the
planet was created, the universe was created by the thought of the
Creator, and the thought was transferred into word, or words, that
began the Creation. Therefore, the thought power, or thought
energy field, has created the planetary structure. The
thought energy field directs manifestation, directs evolution, and
even directs many planetary events. Thought energy affects
the political and economic and biospheric conditions.
The Noosphere contains
thought energy and can be compared to a computer. When a
program is entered into the computer, then it can manifest at a later
time. The Noosphere has that ability to manifest events on
the Earth. The control of the Noosphere is vital for
planetary health. Now, when you have extraterrestrials
like the Greys and the Reptilians parasitically attaching to the
Earth with their thought forms, then you know that they may also be
trying to use the Noosphere.
Another factor that
affects the Noosphere is that there are prophets and religious
theologians who have come up with the thoughts that there must be a
destructive End-Time war before the Messiah could
come. And that idea does not come from Sananda, even
though many may attribute it to him, because Sananda would never want
to use a war as an introduction to his return. Think about
how absurd that is. The thought is that they have
implanted in the Noosphere ideas that can lead to End-Time
wars.
Another factor influencing
the Noosphere is what I call the random uploading, which is people
thinking thoughts that may be of a destructive
nature. Now, it is certainly easy to do because there's no
coherency in the thought patterns on the planet. Coherency
is a special term which describes harmony, balance, evolution,
expanded consciousness and manifestation.
One of our main techniques
for planetary healing is to re-introduce new, more balanced, thoughts
of a positive nature into the Noosphere. These ideas can
include helping to manifest a peaceful solution to the world’s
crisis. There are higher cosmic thoughts that you can use
when you do meditations for planetary healing.
Let me just focus on a
powerful and effective cosmic exercise for neutralization and
creating a new balance on the planet. Visualize now the
Ring of Ascension around the Earth. The Ring of Ascension
is a halo of light that is inhabited by fifth-dimensional masters of
light, masters that you know. These masters include
Sananda, myself, Ptaah, and others, Quan Yin, the Buddha, and many
others who have gone on to the Fifth Dimension. The halo
itself, I call a ring. This ring has properties that can be
compared to a halo. A halo contains an energy of balance,
harmony and peace. It is an energy that contributes to
expanding mind consciousness on the planet.
Visualize with me now the
Ring of Ascension around the Earth, and at the same time, I, Juliano,
reproduce a duplicate Ring of Ascension, and I place it over the
boundaries of Iran, and over the Middle East, and over Europe and the
United States. This beautiful ring, or halo of light, is
also a planetary healing ring. We will project this ring
around these areas and visualize the aura being sealed, and the
parasitic attachments from lower beings are being
released. All aggression is being lessened or
neutralized.
Visualize now the
duplicate Ring of Ascension around that area I just described, and
visualize those healing powers being emitted. It is a
strong Ring of Ascension that has the support of the Ascended Masters
and you, the Arcturian starseeds. We will go into
meditation now. (Silence)
I am going to chant some
healing sounds. (Chants healing sounds.) Hold
the energy of the Ring of Ascension. Direct this healing
light from the halo around those areas during the rest of the meditation.
We are aware of the need
for increased spiritual development. We are aware that in
the face of global violence that many of you are contracting and
understandably so. We want to also continue our teaching
and help you expand and connect with your Arcturian
heritage. We, the Arcturians, have great and successful
experiences against this aggressive Lyran energy. Our
energy is stronger than theirs. We know about how to purify
the Noosphere. We work on the purification of the planet,
of the Galactic Unconscious, and you are part of the healing
process.
I will move on now to the
discussion of consciousness. Consciousness has been
expressed in the famous name of God in the Hebrew Bible, "I am
that I am.” It is literally translated as "I will be,
that I will be," "Ehiyeh, Asher, Ehiyeh.” (in biblical
Hebrew). This is the special name that was given to Moses
at the Burning Bush. But this name, "I am that I
am", has evolved. It has developed in your New Age
philosophy called the I Am Presence. The I Am Presence is
part of your Superconsciousness, and it is the part of you that is
aware of the different levels of dimensions. It is aware
of your past, present and future Self, and it is aware of the
space-time continuum.
Now I wanted to describe
the space-time continuum. It is a scientific
observation. Hold your mind open to this, because it is
such an interesting and important concept. There is a web
of consciousness that goes throughout the entire
universe. It is an invisible web, so I cannot say that you
will discover the web immediately, but it is a cosmic web of
consciousness that goes through the whole universe, and once you
receive or achieve a higher level of consciousness, you consciously
join into that web.
You might have talked to
people who have had expanded experiences of consciousness, and they
have become aware of their cosmic nature. They have become
aware of their cosmic energies, which is also an indication of the
web of consciousness that exists, and that you can become a part
of. What is beautiful also is that the I Am Presence is
shared with the Creator, because the Creator has the same energy as
the "I am that I am.” When you are connected to your
I Am Presence, you open the doorway to connecting to the Creator,
through the Creator's I Am Presence.
The I Am Presence is the
highest level of consciousness that we are going to talk
about. Einstein showed that the there is a continuum
called space and time. You cannot talk about space unless
you also refer to time. A simple example would be if I
told you that I was going to meet you in downtown Phoenix at
Camelback Road and 26th Street. If we were to meet there,
I would have to give you the time that I was going to be there. You
might be able to find that intersection, but that is not going to help
you, because you also need to know when I will be
there. You have to know the time. That is a
very simple way to explain the space-time paradigm.
Now, there is a third
factor that must be entered into understanding the space-time
continuum. Consciousness is the third aspect of this
equation. There are space, time and
consciousness. In order for the space and time in the
intersection to exist at 26th and Camelback in Phoenix, you have to
also have somebody there at the intersection that is
conscious. It is not just space and time. It is
space, time and consciousness. This concept is the basis
of the Arcturian interdimensional travel, because we have linked the
space, time and consciousness to our supercomputers in a way that
allows us to travel interdimensionally.
Part of consciousness is
becoming aware that you have a past Self, past reincarnation, present
reincarnation and future reincarnation. Now in many of the
healing works, healers will do past-life regression and past-life
soul retrieval, or just past-life therapy. Past-life
therapists use an intervention to heal that part of the Self from the
past incarnation. Soul retrieval helps to get lost powers
and gifts from previous incarnations, and brings them into this
incarnation. These techniques are helpful and have the
potential for creating healing experiences.
From the Arcturian
position, we also want to point out the value of future Self
therapy. You can also go into your future Self and bring
back gifts and borrow energy from your future Self into this lifetime
for healing. And this is exactly the exercise that
Helio-ah is going to lead you on today.
Now, what is the advantage
of this method? In the future Self, you are already on the
Fifth Dimension. You may already be on your home
planet. You may already be on Arcturus, or on Antares, or
on the Pleiades, or on Sirius, or Andromeda. When you are
connected with the future Self, then you will experience advanced,
expanded powers. The future Self has advanced psychic
powers, healing powers and mental powers. Therefore, we
encourage you to work with the future Self.
Let me introduce Helio-ah,
and she has a special exercise that she wants to work with you
on. This exercise can also be applied to planetary
development. But we will not go into that aspect today,
because right now, I want to focus on this healing experience of
connecting and bringing healing energy from the future Self to you
personally. I introduce you now to
Helio-ah. This is Juliano. (Chants “Helio-ah.”)
Greetings. I am
Helio-Ah. I love you all, and I want to heal you to the
best of my ability. I know of your trauma in this
lifetime, and trauma in the past lifetime, and I know how traumatic it
is for some of you now to be on this planet at this time and witness
firsthand the sixth mass extinction. This current war is a
symptom of a mass extinction event. In mass extinction
energy, there is self-destructive behavior throughout the
globe. We want to neutralize that. We want to
counter that. I also want to work with you, so that you
could connect with your future Self, because our first goal is to
heal you, to make you as strong as you can be as a starseed and as a
planetary healer.
Take three deep breaths
and go into a state of spiritual relaxation. Your physical
body is like a coat; you will take the coat off when you
ascend. For the exercise your spirit can leave that
“coat”. Become aware of your spirit body. Go
into a state of spiritual relaxation, as I, Helio-ah, send a corridor
of light from my starship Athena to you in your room. Feel that
comforting corridor of light around you. (Chants “Helio-ah.”) Your
spirit body leaves the physical body, and enters the corridor of
light, and travels at the speed of thought to my starship
Athena. You arrive at the starship Athena.
I, Helio-ah, greet
you. I have several of my students with me who will be
assisting us. Walk with me down the hallway into
Helio-ah's Healing Chamber, and as you walk into a very large room,
you see small, little rooms. I symbolically said they look
like phone booths because they are in the shape of a phone booth that
used to exist in the United States in the 60s and
70s. Open the door and enter the phone booth. I
have prepared each phone booth for you, because I have to calibrate
the phone booth that you are entering to match your soul history and
your current soul energy field now on the Earth.
Enter the room, close the
door, and the computer in the phone booth comes on. This
is like a computer experience you have never had
before. In front of you is the screen. To the
right of the screen on the desk you see the clock handle, which
rotates. And there are divisions on the clock like a
normal clock on Earth. The numbers 1 through 12 o'clock
appear. 6 is at the bottom, and you can turn the rotating
knob. When the rotating knob goes to the left, then you
can access any time period in this lifetime. When the
rotating knob goes to the right, then you can access future
lifetimes.
There are various other
exercises we can do with the clock. For example, we can
set it up to go into past lives. We can set it up going
into earlier childhood by the simple rotating of the dial. But
remember, the dial is tied into a supercomputer that's been
calibrated to the memories and your Akashic Records.
We can call up an image
that represents the experience or energy that we want to work
with. So, for example, if you graduated from high school,
we could call up the image of your high school graduation and put it on
the screen. If for some reason, there was a negative
experience at the graduation, we can shift the visual image in a way
that will heal you. But today, we want to go into the
future Self.
Turn your
dial. It is now at 12 o'clock. Turn your dial
to 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and you have just gone forward into
your future Self. Visualize your future Self in a
perfected, manifested form. It is in a fifth-dimensional
form. It is you, but you are now fifth
dimensional. You have completed the Earth lessons, and you
have graduated from the Earth, and you have gone upward into the
Fifth Dimension.
And in this process, you
have gained higher psychic powers, higher healing powers, expanded
consciousness, and better connections with the guides and teachers in
the higher realms. Press the green button that is next to
the dial on the clock. As you press that green button and
your phone booth expands, your future Self is now sitting next to
you. (Chants “Ooohhh.”)
Your future Self has the
fifth-dimensional traits, the fifth-dimensional gifts and powers of
healing your third- and fifth-dimensional bodies. Now the
third-dimensional body that you brought up with you in the etheric
form is now communicating with your future Self, and your
fifth-dimensional future Self is receiving the assessment of healings
that are needed in your third-dimensional body. We will go
into silence as that transfer of assessment energy continues. (Silence)
The assessment has been
completed. Your fifth-dimensional future Self now has all
the knowledge it needs to make the assessment and to send the healing
powers to you.
Visualize above you is a
ball of light. Your future Self is projecting the healing
energy on all levels that are needed into this ball of
light. The ball of light is about the size of a basketball
that is directly over your current etheric Self. The
transfer of this healing light: this is light that, when it reaches
into your body, it will heal you. The future Self is
projecting the healing, calibrated light into the ball of light over
your Crown Chakra. The ball can hold a little
more. The ball is expanding. The ball is filled
with healing light now.
Press the yellow button
underneath the green button. The ball of light with the
fifth-dimensional energy that you need for your healing on the Third
Dimension is now being downloaded into your etheric body here in
Helio-ah's chamber. Press the yellow
button. One, two, three! Receive the download
as we go into silence again. (Chants “Ooohhh.”) (Silence)
The download is now
completed. Your fifth-dimensional future Self has
downloaded the healing light into the ball of light above your head,
and that ball of light has now been downloaded into your
third-dimensional etheric Self that you brought with
you. The future Self is now going to finish its work with
you. You bring the dial back to number 12, which
represents the present. Say goodbye to your future Self
and thank it for this wonderful opportunity for a healing charge in
Helio-ah's Healing Chamber. (Chants “Ooohhh.”) The
experience is complete. You have downloaded these
calibrated healing energies, and you will bring it with you when you
return to your physical body on Earth.
You stand up, shut the
computer off, walk out the doorway. You embrace me and my
students that are there with you. I see such a dramatic
shift in your energies already. I am so excited that you
are going to bring this level of high intensity from your future Self
back into your present Self. You walk out of the chamber,
down the hallway, come to the corridor through which you came, and
travel now at the speed of thought, back into your physical room.
You arrive six feet above
your physical body. I want you to reenter in perfect
alignment, but also reenter with a huge download of healing light
that you're bringing with you. It is going to have a positive
dramatic effect on your healing. One, two, three,
download, reenter your physical body.
Take three deep breaths,
and at each breath, you feel a new integration of the healing energy
from your future Self. Let us go into silence for a short
period. (Silence)
As we have experienced, so
it shall be. You are lightworkers, planetary healers and
starseeds. Remember, you have a powerful effect on this
